About Ready Pet Go

Hi! I’m Ashley, the owner and founder of Ready Pet Go. I’m a lifelong animal-lover and have been a professional pet sitter for over 15 years. What started as walking dogs and pet sitting for family and friends in my teens has grown into a dedicated career serving the Sykesville pet community.

My professional background includes:

• Six years as a veterinary assistant
• Professional pet sitting since 2008
• GoodPup Certified Dog Trainer since 2025
• Extensive experience in pet behavior and care
• Ongoing education in animal care and safety

I started Ready Pet Go because I wanted to provide pet parents with a better alternative to traditional kennels. We offer personalized, loving care that keeps pets comfortable in their familiar home environment while their families are away.

When not caring for clients’ pets, I share my home with, my son, Gavin, and our cats, Betsy, Meowy, and Blackie.

I look forward to meeting you and your pets!
