Tuesday, May 28

6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

And now, he lets us into the behind-the-scenes in his new book Four Thousand Paws: Caring for the Dogs of the Iditarod: A Veterinarian’s Story! We thought the perfect way to celebrate, and bring this book to life, would be a dog happy hour in addition to an author talk and Q&A with Morgan. Join us in the gardens behind the Ivy, to grab a drink for yourself, kick back with your dog friends (on leashes, please!), and learn about the details of caring for elite canine athletes– and the full spectrum of emotional experiences that accompany that process.
