We’re so excited to host a special Puppy Yoga event benefiting Freckles Foundation — a local nonprofit dedicated to saving, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. This heartwarming experience isn’t just good for your body and mind — it directly supports pups on their journey to finding forever homes.

Why Puppy Yoga?

Imagine flowing through a gentle yoga session while playful, adoptable puppies roam the room, snuggle into your poses, and occasionally turn your downward dog into a cuddle break. It’s stress-relieving, joy-sparking, and guaranteed to leave you smiling.

But beyond the cuteness, Puppy Yoga serves a powerful purpose: socialization for the puppies – Meeting new people helps build their confidence and prepares them for life in a loving home, and increased adoption visibility – Attendees get to meet adoptable dogs in a relaxed, happy environment.

Freckles Foundation works tirelessly to give vulnerable animals a second chance!  They are a foster-based rescue with a volunteer network spanning across Maryland, DC, and Virginia. Freckles is committed to creating awareness within the communities they serve and working towards the best interest of the animals in their care. It is not just about finding homes for pets in need but finding a home that is right for them. 

Events like Puppy Yoga help ensure they can continue rescuing, healing, and rehoming dogs who deserve brighter futures.
