Pawsitive Flow

This will be a one-hour outdoor yoga session led by Julianne Sterrett from Baltimore Hot Yoga & Wellness. All proceeds support Baltimore Humane Society’s shelter operations. Located on our beautiful 365-acre property in Reisterstown, Maryland.

Expect:  A simple vinyasa: breathing, seated, kneeling, standing, floor sequence then relaxation. Please bring your own mat.

Tickets are $20. Please review the yoga participation waiver on the registration landing page. Your purchase of a ticket affirms your acceptance of the terms of the waiver of liability form. 

*No downward dogs from our shelter pups this time! This yoga event is just for humans, while our animals relax in the shelter.*
